quality not good
I received this product and opened the box, there is no wrap around the wood board and the paint on the edge worn off on two boards and there is a crack on one of the board. It lacks of soft paddings so dents and holes on the box. I am going to return this.

Not a high chair does not include pictured high chair attachments
I purchased this as it is marketed as a high chair and shows a picture of the harness needed for a high chair. The item I received is only a chair. I had already purchased the bouncer and adapter kit separately so I contacted Cybex for support to see if I could purchase the harness and tray for the high a chair and they said no and offered no additional support. I will be returning all three items.
