Will this playback cctv?

I do not know. However, it is a PC with an HDMI and four USB connections so I imagine if the right software is loaded that it would not work. I connect to my monitor using a HDMI to DVI convertor cable.

Can this be set up from the start with a wireless keyboard & mouse or do they need to be wired? Thanks
