At last I can hear!
Been deaf for over a week with impacted earwax. Used Otex earwax to soften to no avail. Used this earwax vacuum and 'boom!' Hearing restored, what a relief. Highly recommended. Easy to set up and comfortable to use. I suggest using the lowest setting first and build up to the strong one, moving the rubber tube around inside your ear canal. I literally heard the gush of air as the wax was sucked out. Very satisfying! Ran around my house telling everyone 'I can hear again!' š Will vacuum my ears once per week now instead of pushing the wax down with Q tips (whoops š¬)

Short Product Lifespan
Zero stars, if I could. This used to work well (3 times - used it once roughly every 2 months). Is not as powerful as the professional ones, but is expected as it's meant to be used at home. HOWEVER, after 8 months (attempted to use it a 4th time) it stopped working, the light comes on when connected, but it doesn't start functioning. It's lifespan does not align with neither Amazon or EU/UK environmental objectives, as after a few months it just stops working, needing to be thrown away/replaced. I wasn't expecting it to last 10 years, but about 2.5 years would have been acceptable for a small electronic.Amazon has been very helpful with my case, but this product should be marked as 1-4 uses only or as a disposable product.I would recommend: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY buying this.

excellent product, really works to use and very effective, definitely worth it
Came well packaged, a diagram on the instructions how you put it together. Device needed charging, but didnāt take long to charge. I I put the white silicone end on the tube and easily attached to the cone, pressed on button on low setting and there was a gentle whoosh sound in my ear, I wiggled it about and heard debris suck up the tube. It could be seen in the tube , amazing device very gentle and effective. Easy to clean out too. I have otitis externa and have to be very careful how to clean my ears and this was excellent. Great product

Suction Power is no good for softened earwax
Looked around online to find something that could help my son's natural earwax build up, did the whole ear drops and even one of the camera scoops to try and remedy it, but did not clear it up, so I came across the suction system and thought I would give that a try.I should not have bothered as it did nothing, suction power was low and would only be useful for dried earwax

Removes earwax if it is soft
Better than nothing but will not remove stubborn earwax, soften a lot before use.

Not great!
I donāt think this contraption actually does whatās supposed to. Suction isnāt great and I was a bit worried that it comes with a metal tool that youāre supposed to insert in your ear to sort of āscrapeā earwax so it can then be suctioned but that need to having to insert a metal tool in oneās ear is in and of itself is a big worry for me. Youāre better off spending a bit more money and have this done by one of the many professional services availableā¦

It works.
I've suffered with ear wax ever since I was a child. Now that the NHS no longer provide a removal service it can be both inconvenient and expensive to have this done privately. This device is fantastic just making sure the silicone end piece is fully pushed in.

Don't buy this!
The one time we used it it was very unsuccessful. Went to use it again a few days ago and it won't charge so it's now useless. Not a good buy!
