Search OVER! Even my teacher (a touring pro and huge influencer) has switched to this pick!
I've been playing guitar going on 15 years and I have now been using Dan's picks for 3 years. In the past 3 years, I try to use other similar picks and I keep coming back to Dan's. These picks sound better acoustically than anything else, are super durable, have the best dimensions, and pretty good grip. The only thing I would change is making them even more "grippy". With that said, the dimensions of the green "mini" is still the best. I only wish he would make them in different colors like pink because the pink is so easy to find if I misplace my pick. Dan if you read this... please make the mini in pink! The beveled edge is simply unparalleled. Other picks are either to slim or too wide at the apex of the point. Dan's picks have the PERFECT angle. They make me play just a couple percent better! I play mostly lead and fast single note rhythm metal for reference. I started with the generic Fender picks, moved onto the Jazz III, then went to Dunlop Flow, , Then Ernie Ball Prodigy, and now my search is over. I love them so much that I try to keep buying packs of them so I will never run out even 20 years from now if Dan decides to not make them anymore! I also emailed the man himself a while back because he wasn't selling the pink ones in the US. He let me buy them directly from him! Talk about making the customer happy! With that said, the dimensions of the green "mini" is still the best. I only wish he would make them in different colors like pink because the pink is so easy to find if I misplace my pick. Dan if you read this... please make the mini in pink!

Jazz Evolution
In 31 years of playing guitar, this has become my favorite pick. I started playing guitar in the mid-90s (elder millenial) using normal picks, before my playing transitioned into learning legato, speed techniques, sweeping, etc by the early aughts when I moved over to Dunlop Tortex Sharps. These were my go to picks, especially as I learned economy picking. Later on, I would play around with thumb picks for hybrid picking (and of course, no picks when I properly learned walking blues finger style). At this point I moved to Dunlop Micro Stubbys before switching to a variety of Dunlop Jazz IIIs (the green one is a Kirk Hammett model). Then I tried the Acoustik Attak Stealth IIIs when those came out and they became my go-to... until I realized 1) how quickly the tips wear away and 2) how you can only order them in bulk from the company (Amazon only stocks smaller packs) and their shipping is atrocious (I had orders where I got half of what I asked for and they always take weeks to arrive). This led me to the Ernie Ball Prodigy Micros, which were almost perfect save that they run about $2 a pop and while they have a tacky feel, they don't have any grip. I was looking for an alternative and ordered a set of these when after jamming with a friend, he offered me some Dunlop Mick Thomson picks he had laying around, which he found too small. These quickly became my go to picks almost overnight UNTIL the Precision Pick Minis showed up! Long story short, these are very similar to the Mick Thomson picks only a bit more durable and a wee bit thicker. Pros: for economy picking, string skip runs, etc I think these are the cat's pajamas. The tips seem to hold up much better than the Acoustik Attak ones (misspelling that name makes my eye twitch). They're a better value, IMHO, than the Mick Thomsons though they are very similar (also I couldn't name a Slipknot song). Cons: the printed grip seems to pick up dirt pretty readily (see the second image). I don't actually care that much, but other reviewers are correct. In summary: I cut my teeth on "technical" style shred guitar and even though I play a myriad of styles, I still prefer a small, easy to grip, stiff pick with a sharp point. I rely on hand technique for tremolo picking over switching to another pick and often palm picks whilst two handed tapping or playing fingerstyle. I play all manner of guitars from acoustics to baritones with the same pick. If any of that sounds like you, these picks are the dog's bollocks. Wow, that's two animal idioms in one review! Such the bargain.

Fast, easy grip pick
I like these better than jazz 3s, I can play a little faster with these. Tone is similar. There are other picks this size that sound a little better but cost 2x more. Easy to grip too.

My Forever Pick!
If you’re a fan of the Jazz iii picks or the Ernie Ball Prodigy picks, you’ll love these. For sure they’re on the more expensive side, but I’ve found that the tip and edge last a lot longer than either of the picks I’ve used prior. It’s very durable and they last a long time before they go dull. They’re stiff if you’re a fan of that and I have NEVER lost one because they glow under UV and are a super bright green. Love the tones I can get from these.

Wasn't expecting much
I gotta admit, these picks are really good! They're drop forged plastic of some kind, but they are tough, pointy and bright. I've dropped them a efw times and had no problems finding them. The Jazz III shape works for me, they're smaller than the normal pick, and the point makes it easy to strum and play. The grip works well on the, too! I wasn't expecting them to be this good, honestly, but these are good picks! I'll be buying some more if I ever lose these.

Great picks!
I love these picks, they are very comfortable and I like the shape allows for good precision, they do pickup dirt off your fingers very easily but that's a non issue. Great picks!

Attacco devastante su single coil
Plettri dall'attacco perfetto, diretto e duro.
