No way to secure punching bag
The instructions tell you to screw in the spring into a rod with no threading to secure it to. The set came with a small wrench, so I'm assuming there was a hex nut that was supposed to be involved in the set up process. Likely to secure the spring to the hollow rod somehow. So out of the box its pretty much just a stand with a rotating arm.
