Instructions vague
Instructions on how to install are vague. However, once cameras are installed, and the nvr is set up, the walk through instructions are pretty easy to follow. I had to call tech support twice. They are very helpful! On the app, there is a password length restriction, on the nvr, there is not. So my passwords weren't compatible at first. But tech support got that worked out. Warning: cameras are VERY sensitive to motion. I've had to turn them all the way down to stop false alarms. Picture quality is amazing. I had to fool with the system for nearly a half day until I got it where I wanted it. The written instructions could be MUCH better.
