It was much sturdier than the one I bought at a big box store. I tried to break it. I was very rough with it. The welds held. The one I bought at the big box store was bent the first time I used it. The beauty about this purchase is I got TWO of them. The tool is very sharp so be careful. It will be easy to file to put an edge back on it. The packaging of the device was done with tender loving care. At this price it’s a steal.

Very well made and heavy duty, maybe a bit too heavy for one hand use, but can easily accept a handle. VERY sharp! Be careful. The canvas bag is excellent. These will last a lifetime.

They cut the grass very well in our garden. Breyer than a traditional hoe cuts the grass away from the plants.

It does a great job cutting through the soil and chopping the weeds. It's sharp. Be careful. You do have to bend down to use it.

I used one to break up soil while planting my veggies & flower pots.Worked nicely, dug into the soil easily and helped pull out all the old roots from last years plantings. Turned the dirt over for me, easier than ever. I only used it by hand. Not with a handle.
