Work great and for a great price! I love the extra accessories and the chart that’s included! Would definitely recommend!

Everything you’d want in a portable exercise kit from affordable to portable!
I bought my daughter one of these kits a few years ago, but she lost it. Her birthday was in mid February and she had weight loss surgery in late October 2025. She expressed interest in exercising at home, so I got this one. It even comes with multiple level “booty bands” that are specifically increases thigh and rear end muscles. Very affordable, very functional, easy to store in its little vinyl bag (and takes up very little space) which makes extremely portable, with multiple levers of resistance from beginner to advanced just about anyplace you choose to work out. If there’s a door, you can work out!! The bands are strong and provide amazing g tension for an at home exercise kit in a small little bag!!

Bandas elásticas
Está cool pero solo trae un solo set de cada banda, así que tendré que comprar otro set de bandas para poder utilizarlo

Great workout band. Love it

Good, not the right weight.
Not the actual weight but you can still stack them and get some good resistance. The door stop thing is useful. The handles make excercise pretty easy, especially bicep curls and face pulls.
