Works great! Has adjustable settings for the size of the crimp which is great! Multiple heat settings! Definitely recommend!

The only thing i give 4 star is because the box was open, i think was tested for someone else. I hope this isnt an issue bc i kept it anyways. By the other hand, i love how this thing works its super easy to use( a little heavy), and i love how my hair looks when is all done. I do recommend it.

No control....
It does wave my hair..BUT... I have no control over the temp when I turn it on all the lights flash even after selecting a temp and I can never turn it off. I have to unplug it from the wall. It also burns my vanity, as you can from the picture. I thought the power issues were just me needing me to figure it out, but I've used it about 5 times now with no luck. It was cheap. Next time I need a waver I'll buy a brand I know.

Arrived broken?
I got this abd it seems to heat up nice buy the latch to lock it closed to heat up both sides isn't working. I've tried several times to keep it closed to completely heat up and end up just holding it closed to be able to use this.
