Assembling was very confusing. Once figured out the display case is very wobbly and the front opening was broken but I didn’t want to take apart to return, so I’m just keeping it.Update review: I was connected by seller about my experience with this case and how they could help. Customer service was great with fast response and offered full refund of purchase.

Wish I had read the other reviews before wasting my time. Impossible to put together, instructions are the worst. It was all warped and would not properly close and gaps in the front. Tried to tighten screws and they would not tighten all the way. When removing screws, it broke. Piece of junk

I was really excited for this case so I could improve my farmers market tables and I was so disappointed- the directions are terrible which is not a huge deal since it is fairly east to setup however it is not stable at all! It’s very difficult to tighten all the screws down, and even once tightened it feels very flimsy. I tried to make do for two events but by the third event I couldn’t open one door because it would start leaning to the side and my trays and the front piece would fall out crushing my desserts. I don’t write a ton of reviews because most amazon purchases either work or they don’t but neither stand out in any way - this purchase stood out in such a negative way….

I like the case, though it could be better. The instructions are not helpful.

The case has a huge crack on the front and the tong holder was completely broken into two pieces. I ordered on a Monday with delivery for Wednesday (to be used for a Thursday event). It ended up arriving the following Tuesday! We were able to cover the front crack, but so disappointed, considering what we paid for it. With the crack covered the case is nice. Good thing we don't want the tong option though as it was in two pieces!Update - Since my review of receiving the damaged case, the seller immediately contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience that was caused. I was offered a full refund. While they cannot control what happens in transit, they went above and beyond to make it right - customer service was incredible! I will definitely shop from this seller again.

Poorly made, no directions, broken door, not worth returning and would never buy again. When assembled it is extremely wobbly, wouldn’t trust putting anything in nor trust it if a customer would try to access it.
