So glad I decided to buy this TV, and for the price you cannot go wrong. I am a first time buyer of Samsung TV, and they have gone above and beyond my expectations.- Unbelievable Graphics/Display/Resolution (So colourful and vibrant, crystal clear images).- Audio is fantastic - You do NOT need to purchase any external audio devices (Soundbar, Speakers, etc).- Connecting TV stand was very easy, they feel sturdy, and look very clean & tidy.- Samsung provided 2 physical remote controls, 1 with batteries, and the 2nd Solar Powered with a USB-C charging Point if required. The TV also includes a Samsung App ‘SmartThings’ which serves as an additional remote control, and provides other features.- Set-up TV for first time use couldn’t be any easier with the Barcode Scanner feature, and SmartThings App.- PS5 games look Amazing on this TV, and not to mention it provides 120 FPS so you can utilise the PS5 to the best of its ability!Amazon delivered the TV in under 1 day, and in perfect condition. Everything was brilliant, would highly recommend this TV to anyone (Especially customers that have never owned a Samsung TV before).

After a lot of research on getting the best value for a 55inch TV I opted for this one.I wanted something which would have good picture and sound and that is exactly what I got. It has very clear and bright colours, it almost looks better than real life and is much better than I imagined it would be. The sound is brilliant and this has meant I have been able to get rid of my unsightly sound bar. The Samsung menu is easy to navigate and the remote control can also be used to control xbox and Sky box with no additional tuning in required. It is a very slim design so would be great for wall mounting and it feels like this is going to be a TV to last many years because of how sturdy it is.The delivery was as advertised and the driver was lovely and brought it fully inside the property for me rather than just handing over at the door.

I can’t comment on the sound as I use a soundbar. Based on the thickness of the set it can only be bad: use an external speaker setup.With that said, the picture is incredible. My previous TV was a 55 inch LG LED and this is so much better. Very much worth the extra 200 or so pounds for QLED.I did not get on with the “smart” features and do not use them. The UI/UX is very poor: the screen is overloaded with cruft and if you leave it on the menu it will start playing (with sound) whatever is selected. It’s very annoying; I don’t know how less technically literate folk get on with this stuff at all. Samsung seem to have the worst software of the bunch in my experience. It might have all the functionality (including some kind of App Store and game streaming) but using it is not much fun at all. Luckily I have my Xbox for all my apps, which has a decent interface.Lastly, my TV came with one remote not two as stated in the description when I made my purchase, which is I expect out of date. It’s a nice little remote and via HDMI CEC it can control the Xbox, which is nice.Overall a great TV for the picture quality, which is the main thing for me as I’ve got my own solutions for the bits that are not good, in my opinion. I’ve rated it 4 stars purely because I am not a typical buyer; a typical buyer will expect a decent “smart” experience and in my view this does not have that. But for me it meets my needs perfectly.

Tv works great, picture quality really good, using a sound bar ,with it as sound poor but the thinness of the screen and weight probably stops inclusion of decent speakers .I’m ok with that as the picture quality was main reason to buy this tvPlease note that the advertisement on amazon included a cash back offer from Samsung which Samsung does not honour, from amazon purchases. This should not be included in the amazon post and I noticed it was present on all Samsung tvs advertised on amazon during December

So impressed with this tv, it has everything. Great picture quality/colors and contrast as you'd expect nothing less from Samsung. I needed to buy a new HDMI 2.1 cable to get 4k and 120hz working, so if you are using an older cable you'll likely need to replace it as the socket is identical, old HDMI1 fits HDMI2. If you get any flickering or screen turning off it's definitely your cable. You'll get all the resolutions in NVidia control panel on windows PC, scroll to the very bottom of the resolutions list. ;)

I'm not convinced the picture is all it is advertised to be. I actually think it's not as good as my previous TV as the picture is quite dark. The sound is also just okay, so I regret not going with the Dolby sound version. The UI and guide for the TV is quite fast and easy to use.

8 months in, the TV is really good. I bought it on discounted price (just under 1000£) and I might say, massive improvement from my previous dual led Samsung tv. This one is really thin, the colours are vivid, and blacks are really nice (those quantum dots in between the dual led sandwich does the job). Solid metal stand, but honestly with this thickness (the tv is like under 2cm of thickness) you can just place it on the wall and it will look really nice and neat. Amazing connection to the Wi-Fi, and quick responsiveness, no stuttering - which means processor is of quality in this model. Overall great TV from probably one of the best companies on the market. Highly recommended!
