Came missing a “blotter”.I found a replacement,and it works well.Removes a lot of metal with little effort compared to hand grinding.

Had to be returned
Product came with chipped grinding stone and missing pieces. Box had previously been opened. It had to be returned and I have yet to see any refund!

Negligent QC
Purchased directly. I received a unit with the motor flopping around loose in the case. The 10mm retaining clip was missing from the shaft that mounts the motor. Apparently, this unit was never tested prior to boxing at the Chinese source.

difficult to use, poor construction
I purchased a Grizzly Model T10097A in 2020. To date I been disappointed with this unit. My main purpose was to sharpen woodturning tools and kitchen knifes. It is difficult to use the accessories for their intended purpose. Now after light use the axle wobbles making the grinding and honing wheels to wobble. I was unable to find this model in Amazon's listing but it appears this model (T32720) with variable speed is very similar. I can't recommend this grinder.
