Excellent Quality Pens at a Great Price
I love this brand! I got these pens on sale and gave some as gifts. They write smoothly, and I haven’t had any issues. The ink dries quickly, they’re easy to use, and the blue ink color is great. I’ve been using them for a while now with no problems—no leaking or ink getting everywhere. They’re a great value for the money, and I’ll definitely be purchasing more as gifts in the future.

Scribble with Swagger and Never Look Back
These babies are the epitome of pen perfection, and I feel like a boss every time I put them to paper. With a bold point that demands attention, these pens are not for the faint of heart. They're like the lions of the pen kingdom, roaring with confidence and leaving a trail of sharp, decisive lines in their wake. No more wimpy, feeble marks – these pens know how to make a statement! The smooth glide of ink is like butter on toast, except it's better because it's in pen form. I feel like a wordsmith, effortlessly churning out masterpieces with each stroke. It's like my thoughts are dancing onto the paper, and I can't help but marvel at the sheer brilliance of my own words (even if it's just a grocery list). But here's the best part – these pens know how to leave a lasting impression. Unlike those cheap, flimsy pens that give up after a few sentences, the BIC Glide Velocity Pens keep on going like the Energizer Bunny on a caffeine high. They're reliable, and I can always count on them to be there when I need them most – like a trusty sidekick in my pen adventures. So, if you're tired of mediocre pens that cramp your style and mess up your handwriting (not that mine was ever neat to begin with), the BIC Glide Velocity Bold Ballpoint Pens are here to save the day. Embrace the boldness, let your words flow with flair, and scribble like a boss with these pens by your side. You'll never look back – or use another pen again.

I tried something different!
There are not too many things I'm picky about but I do love a good writing pen, or I should say printing pen! Must be either bold point or medium point. Not crazy about sharpies, so I tried these. I have been using the pens made out of pop bottles , medium point for years but thought I would take a walk on the wild side and try these! Well let me tell ya , good folks, these are GREAT! Love the smoothness of the ink, the medium point is just right I say try them, you will be surprised 🙀!

Smooth writing at a great price with high quality......
These are the best pens I’ve found in the past decade. I am extremely picky because I’m a lefty and a contractor that uses writing utensils on job sites from plans to wood measurements with a subcontractor to even contracts. My biggest problem for over 50 years have always been the thin tips I can break off, not get any ink from to the tip breaking entirely but once my daughter showed me these 1.6mm pens exists I haven’t been able to use anything else. I love the blue ones because I typically like a lawyer use those yellow note sheet pads to write on and it’s so much easier to see blue ink on than black ink on it. I also love it for use on official documents and signing contracts as well its a lot easier on my wrists as well. If you are a pen connoisseur like myself and don’t want to break the bank on pens that can be lost easily as many can and from my home office, the expensive messenger bag my daughter bought me (after 40 years of being mobile building with reusable plastic bags to carry paper and spilling coffee she not only got me a bag that wasn’t a briefcase because those were great for my corporate jobs but not at all in my SUV or job sites for me to reuse at all. Then over the years I’ve seen her style from high school to college, grad school for business, city volunteer politics and into Fortune 500 company job with corporate America I’ve seen her purses, lack of purses and migration to tank bags on her sport motorcycle with backpacks that held helmets then to tote bags and messenger bags that carried her purse items in it too there wasn’t a bag neither of had seen reasonable for a dirty job site that wasn’t very feminine and plain black without any print even brand names) That is until this holiday where she found me the perfect one so hopefully I won’t be losing and finding pens on an average of about 2-3 a week overall gone and having to rebuy but these Velocity 1.6mm are extremely durable as I’ve dropped a few on the ground and then stepped on them in my work boots and nothing happened to them not even a broken clip on the side. I will say I live a block away from Target, Staples, and a bunch of other places where the lowest I’ve seen these pens for a single box for was $15.99 and then last week I went to Staples needing ink where my daughter does all the stocking of my office supplies and manages all my paperwork I’m so greatful it’s been a while since being in a supply store and this same box right now is $21.99 at Staples sadly. Amazon is the Best Deal and won’t go anywhere else. Definitely worth the money, the quality and the price.

Bic is renowned name. This 1.6 mm pen is used as a Sign Pen for my official documents. Ink and the thickness of the point and smoothness makes it unique. Value for Money and Quality

Smooth, smooth, smooth. My physiotherapist told me to stop writing because of my shoulder injury. I searched high and low for the right pen and spent a lot of money. These pens are excellent for left-handed people as it’s smooth and flows very easily. I was very surprised and the price point is excellent for something that works as well as this. Strongly recommend for left-handed people

I am one of those people with really huge handwriting. My hand cramps if I try to write smaller. I also have a job where I write a lot, basically my entire work day. I can't use a "normal" sized (skinny barrel) pen because my hand cramps. So I love these BIC chubby pens, "Velocity Bold". They are very comfortable to grip, even for long periods of time like an entire work day. I prefer a thicker pen-point so the 1.6mm tip is perfect for me - again I find the thicker the pen-point, the easier it is to write for a long period of time comfortably. The ink is vivid and rich without pressing hard, and not light or hard to read like some cheaper ball point pens. They write quite nicely without those blobs of ink on your paper, again as opposed to cheaper pens. They write very smoothly, almost like a gel pen. They don't smudge. The ink in the pen lasts a reasonable length of time before you need a new pen. I also like that they are relatively affordable compared to other pens because I go through pens often. Lastly, I travel for my work and am absent minded - this combination means I wind up leaving pens all over the Lower Mainland (B.C.). No one enjoys losing their favourite expensive pen - but it is not the end of the world at BIC's reasonable price. If you are looking for a chubby barreled, ball point ink pen with a 1.6mm pen-point / tip, then I recommend. Bottom-line: These pens are smooth, long-lasting, do not "blob" ink or smudge, are comfortable to use for long lengths of time and are affordable.
