Worth the money
These plates are much stronger than simply using washers and nuts alone to bolt on e-track components. The plates are easy to line up because one set of holes is elongated. I used these plates to attach Rhino USA ATV restraint system. I put the plates on the underside of my trailer floor, so I hit them with a few coats of self-etching primer and covered them over with automotive undercoating.

You need this to strengthen your E-Track
I needed to be able to properly secure my 2200lb SxS in my enclosed trailer. I mount E-Track on the floor. In the past I have used washers to give me more surface area to disperse the load. Many times they are not enough. This plate does exactly what you need.
