Wow, what a fun item for the family or just to make for yourself. Easy to use and good directions to follow, all items needed to make multiple different sushi options are included. We have made so many rolls and it gets easier as you go to whip out a meal or just an appetizer to go with your meal.

I have wanted to learn to make sushi at home for quite some time but was unsure what it entailed. After seeing a demonstration on a recent cruise, I decided it was time to try it myself. This kit is complete and so easy to use that I was able to make great sushi the first time I tried. The instructions are easy to understand and are in grammatically correct English . The inclusion of the cutting guide for the finished sushi roll allows you to produce beautiful and appealing sushi. The bazooka took a couple of tries to get the correct amount of rice, but it works like a charm. I would suggest checking online for directions on preparing the rice properly, but otherwise the included directions were complete. I loved this kit so much I am considering buying additional ones to give my family as gifts.

wife is delighted with her purchase ; looking forward to our first veg. sushi roll !!!!!!!!!!! HOWEVER , the delivery person SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! despite a clearly displayed sign requesting delivery to back door they left it on the front step IN THE POORING RAIN ! i had to go out in the pouring rain to rescue my wifes pkg. . the package was in a cardboard box and included a book of sushi recipes which WOULD BE TOTALY RUINED IF i had not rescued it . the recipe book is highly a extra and included a lot of great ideas for the beginner ! WHERE DOES AMAZON GET THESE PEOPLE!?
