Lightone GU10 LED Bulbs, 50W Halogen Bulbs Equivalent, Warm White 3000K, 5W 450LM, MR16, 6-Pack

Very pleased with these LED lamps. Unlike the early MR16s with a GU10 base, the length of these are within a mm of their Halogen counterparts allowing them to fit within the envelope of the track light heads I bought them for. The ones I bought 8 years ago were too long and protruded outside the head preventing use of the glass lens each head came with. Fortunately I saved the lenses and fixing rings and was able to reinstall them over these lamps. The light color is 6000k (daylight) as advertised which is perfect for this walk-in closet application since it reveals the true colors of our clothes. No more black vs navy uncertainty! They claim to be 50W Halogen equivalent but they may be even a little brighter which is a good thing. Couldn't give them 5 stars yet because I've only had them in service since early November and ROI requires they meet advertised longevity, but good so far. I'll update if I have a premature failure.

The warm white is perfect. I like that the bulbs are plastic. Do not buy the daytime white. Too stark, blue color. I bought the daytime white first and hated it. I wanted to exchange the bulbs, but the company wanted me to pay return shipping, which was half the price of the bulbs. I opted to buy the warm white and keep the other bulbs.

Compared with 50W halogen bulb, it is not that bright. Will return it and order at least 6.5W LED bulb.
