This thing is awesome!! I used to just hang my drill on my belt. Which is not bad but I have to fiddle with my belt and pull it out a little to get the drill's belt clip to catch the belt. This has made it nice and easy to grab it, use it, and put back on my belt. It's up nice and the plastic is strong. If you're worried the clip won't hold, trust me it will, I've been using this for a couple weeks now and it has not let me down once. I also bought the tape messure one and put it on the opposite side. That one one works great for a drill as well, so holding two drills is nice for when you need a pilot hole drill and a drill for screws. I bought another set to give my dad as well for his birthday. These kinds of things are not his style, so I am curious to see if he ends up using them, or if they end up in one of his toolboxes. If that happens, I will just steal them and use them myself. Having four would be nice, two drills, a tape measure, and well.... a second tape measure so he doesn't steal mine lol. Great product!

I got this to install in my safe for my EDC CC pew. The metal bar stuck out to far for it it attach too though. Put it back in the box and was gonna return it until I put a new shelf in my work truck. Ended up unscrewing the part that clips to your belt and screwing it to my shelf to hold my impact! Works out great. I'm not really a big fan of it's intended use, but if thats what you want it'll work great for you. It's actually surprisingly well made for an Amazon buy. Definitely quality parts!

This works beautifully. Clips on belt and stays in place. Works great with my Dewalt drill, Paslode finish nailer and even my Paslode framing nailer. very well built. Easy to clip into and out of with one hand while balancing on a ladder. Love it.

I hang my milwaukee impact on it all day and every work day. Works great. Suggestion: Send the flat screws to screw it to a leather belt to keep it in place.
