Brilliant for silverfish in my kitchen id happily buy again

If I could give these zero stars, I would. I have a silverfish problem in my flat due to condensation and damp under the flooring. I bought these and laid one behind the toilet, one next to my sons bed and one in the hallway as those are the 3 places I see them the most. After having them down for over a week, not a single one has caught any silverfish and yet every evening im seeing silverfish scuttering around just inches away from where the traps are laid. Apparently there's a chemical in these traps that attract silverfish but I disbelieve that. These are a complete waste of money and im actually annoyed that ive spent money on something that's clearly falsely advertised.

The traps are very flimsy and tricky items to deal with. Be carefuk not to touch the sticky in the middle. I have put down 4 traps up to now but in 10 days have not caught any silverfish. I did catch one in the cutlery drawer and killed it myself. I will not be wasting my money buying further traps. I have found the silvership sprays useful in keeping down these pests. Is there anything I could put on the traps to attract the silverfish.?

I'd been noticing the odd silverfish darting for cover in our bathroom for a few months, usually late at night. It's not a major infestation, but they're creepy little things and I wanted them gone. You just peel off the backing paper from the sticky surface inside, fold them into a little triangular tube, and place them where you've seen the silverfish. I put one behind the toilet and another under the bathroom sink, tucked away in the dark. Honestly, I forgot about them for about a week. When I finally remembered to check, I was both disgusted and delighted to see that each trap had caught three or four of them. It proves that they are definitely attracted to whatever is in the trap and that they work exactly as advertised. It's a relief to have a solution that doesn't involve spraying chemicals all over the house. The only reason I'm not giving them a full five stars is that they're not the most pleasant thing to dispose of once they've done their job. You can see the trapped insects clearly inside, which isn't for the squeamish. But that's a tiny price to pay for getting rid of them. Verdict: A simple, discreet, and very effective solution to a common household pest. If you've got a silverfish problem, these are a brilliant and non-toxic way to deal with it. I’ve already bought another pack for the kitchen.

Highly effective and long lasting.

A bit difficult to put together as a 76 year old but once I had got my husband to put it together it was ok and I have put it where I think the silverfish are coming from.

I recently purchased the Super Ninja Silverfish Trap - 3 Pack. However, I am extremely disappointed with this product and feel compelled to share my negative experience. First and foremost, the claim that it is "non-toxic and easy to use" is accurate, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. The traps are not sticky at all, making them utterly ineffective in catching any silverfish. Despite following the instructions, not a single silverfish was trapped. The product packaging boasts about its effectiveness and ability to trap silverfish for up to three months, but I saw no evidence of this claim being true. Sure, I could see silverfish trails around the traps and in the trap, indicating their presence, but the traps failed to capture any of these pests. To sum it up, the Super Ninja Silverfish Trap is a complete waste of money and time. It lacks the basic functionality of a silverfish trap, failing to live up to its claims of being highly effective. Save yourself the disappointment and consider other options for silverfish control. I regret purchasing this product and would not recommend it to anyone dealing with a silverfish problem.

This is just sticky cardboard so it will be purely by cahnce if anything gets caught. I understood there would be bait, but there isn't .... I feel I wasted my money

...this product actually works really well. I checked on the trap a while later, and was surprised to see all the silverfish it caught. Most effective trap I've ever used.

Compré este producto para combatir los peces de plata que pululan en el estudio de arte, donde estos bichos van estropeando papeles, hojas de libros, obras de arte, etc. También coloqué estas trampas en los armarios de la casa, ya que hay peces de plata que estropean tejidos de la ropa. Las puse en todos los rincones de los armarios, donde los peces de plata andan como Pedro por su casa. Sin embargo, después de varias semanas, ningún pez de plata ni ningún otro bicho quedó atrapado en estas trampas. Es decir, son completamente inútiles, ¡como tirar el dinero directamente a la basura!

Zero effect whatsoever. Doesn’t do anything at all, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, it’s both waste of space and money.
