The heating pad itself worked well initially, providing relief for various aches and pains. 😌 However, just shy of a year into use, the adaptor cable began malfunctioning. The light on the adaptor now blinks, indicating a loss of power supply. 😟This unexpected issue has rendered the heating pad useless, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. Considering the product's price point at 299/-, I expected a longer lifespan and more reliable performance. The subpar quality of the adaptor cable is a significant letdown, impacting the overall functionality of the hot water bag. 😞While the heating pad itself was effective during its functional period, the lack of durability and the adaptor's premature failure significantly overshadow its positive aspects. I hope Careforce takes note of these quality concerns to enhance the longevity and reliability of their products in the future. 😔

The quality of bag very good, value, comfort and heat resistance of the electric heating pad. That it's very useful, worth the price and that the soft cover is a bonus. I have started to ise this product it is working fine for first 2 week but since 29th April when I changed the water and fill fresh water and get into electric for warming, electricity is coming through wear but water is not get hot andRequesting amazaon to please check as a normal citizen we are purchasing on believe to use it linger I am sleep Disc patient need your immediate attention change the same so that I can use it as it is not affordable for me to buy a new one.Please help me to replace and deliver new product, this is first time I get a damage product not working.Please look into this.

I have been using this hot water bag from past 1 week and it’s really helpful to relieve backache, muscle pain, stiffness, strains, cramps, joint pain, abdominal pain,etc.And the quality of the bag is also good with adjustable option as per our need and mainly I recommend this product to all specially its most of the time helpful for female in period cramps go for it without hesitation.
