Meal prepping to help build muscle
Planning ahead can be very beneficial when trying to make healthier diet decisions. This book teaches us about what meal prep is and how to go about doing it. There are many benefits to meal prep such as saving money, saving time, sticking to a planned meal, ensuring you get all the nutrients you need, making more balanced meals, and more. I really enjoyed reading about the motivational tips to stick to meal prepping and learning what equipment you really need. There is a nice variety of recipes included in the book to choose from.

Bodybuilding Meal Prep Guide
A huge decision to change my lifestyle for the better is meal planning .One of the biggest changes I can make is to change my diet and eating habits, and once I decide what I want the end results to be, the fun begins. Some people change their dietary requirements either to lose weight or to build up muscle, and often times both. I am learning how to meal prep in order for me to lose weight. This book is an excellent resource for my health goals.

very complete and detailed.
I really liked the breakfasts that I learned to prepare because they are very loaded with protein and I always have ideas to make, it helped me plan my meals according to my requirements for the week by cooking the proteins at once and storing them in the fridge, thanks to the content nutritional I can know the quality and quantity of each protein, it is very useful.

Good cookbook
This has a lot of good recipes and I'm looking forward to trying them. The only thing I don't like is that the pictures are not in color.

Most recipes aren't really recipes.
I purchased the kindle version of this book. Several recipes repeat themselves and a lot of the recipes aren't things you couldn't just cook on your own. Like "oh here's eggs or put meet in a lettuce leaf." There are a few good ones but if you don't eat eggs or fish, you'll be hard pressed to get much out of this.

This is lame
Why is it in black and white. The book is well done but crap that make the whole thing a in black and white.

No storage instructions
I bought this book for meal prep ideas for my son. He is a high school football player that is trying to bulk up over the summer. I was looking for grab and go snack and lunch ideas for him, but this book did not provide instructions for storing and reheating the recipes. There are general food prep guidelines in the beginning of the book, but a lot of them counter advice given by food safety professionals.Typically, meal prep recipes will tell you the best way to store recipes, most importantly to store the sauces separately to avoid sogginess. They will also provide reheating instructions and state how long the food will stay fresh in the refrigerator. This provided none of those insights. There were typos and grammatical errors. Some of the recipes seemed incomplete. One recipe listed the first step as cook at medium heat until tender. It didn't even say which ingredients you were cooking. I was able to figure it out by reading the full recipe and deducting the other ingredients you're supposed to add in later steps.Within a couple hours of delivery I returned this book.

This is a recipe book, not a meal prep book
I bought this book for more information on setting up meal prep - this book did not deliver. There are 6 information "chapters" at the beginning of the book that cover the very basics in macros and nutrition - those 6 chapters are 12 pages in total (large font). The rest of the book is a recipe book that is not pleasing to the eye, the pictures are all in black and white and the photo quality is not the greatest. Some of the recipes look good and I will give them a shot, but again I bought a meal prep book and some of the recipes yield just one serving. Some do make 4-6 portions, which is acceptable - but some make 1-2 servings, which is basically just cooking dinner - not meal prepping!

Waste of time really
The recipes aren't even food prep meals, just generic copy and paste recipes that aren't even suitable for a body builders diet or particularly good for storing, for example, recipes for high protein toasties... how or why would you store a 5 minute meal ie a toasty.Information is good within the book but 0 valuable recipes or help in regard to chicken and veg prep as pictured on front of the book.Stick with getting info off Google and don't waste your money.

Poorly written, incorrect and/or incomplete information
I really wanted to like this book but there are quite a few issues. First, it looks like this is a self published book. The author’s credentials are not shown. In fact, no information about the author is provided. Second, there are lots of typos and poor grammar. Third, cottage cheese is listed as having 148 grams per half cup (page 8). Certainly not the case! Because of this, the nutritional information for recipes may be incorrect as well. Fourth, I’d also like to see fibre content listed (only protein, carbs and fat are listed). Fifth, the information on dietary fat doesn’t break the information down in terms of what kind of fat (this can easily be found if you input your recipe into MyFitnessPal or a similar app). Sixth, sugars are not listed at all. For something like a juice recipe, that’s important information. Seventh, measurements vary from imperial to metric (author may wish to pick one or the other). If another edition of the book is published, these problems are fixable with a really good editor. Now… I’ve not yet tried the actual recipes. A few look like they might be tasty.

This is not a functional recipe book
Too much effort too many ingredients required. You’ll be shopping first every time you want to use the book. Prep time is usually marked as 5 minutes. Which is not accurate and too short to be believable. You start a book with all your seasoning so you can purchase everything at once instead of trawling through each recipe to find you need to go to the shops again, and again jus to make a lean meal. This book is not practical enough for the end goal. Change the tittle to meals for foodies and cooks and the book would have gotten a better review.
