It broke on the third day but I wanted to love it
We weren’t even rough with it, which probably rough people say but I can confirm it’s a paper towel holder so it’s not like we have hulk in this house ripping down paper towels. Just me and my husband, gently grabbing them. It broke on the third day after barely any use, the welded corner joint is very poorly secured. We fixed it by screwing a metal screw into it because I loved the look so much in our kitchen, but it honestly just looks super janky now because it’s still loose at that corner joint. For reference we set ours up horizontally not vertically.

Adhesive only if everyone is gentle.
This worked fine until my sis came over and yanked the darn thing of the wall with one tug. I mean, who needs that much force to tear off a paper towel? After that, hubby used the included screws to mount it to the cabinet. It isn't going anywhere now. Looks very nice and is easy to replace the paper towel roll since they just slip on. We mounted ours on the end of our island because it's central to the sink, stove, and workspace.

Broke after 4 weeks
Broke in half after 4 weeks of normal use. The part the paper towels sit on started tilting slowly and then just snapped off altogether. The return window just closed less than a week ago and I don’t see an option to contact the seller for a replacement.

Constantly falls off.
This is my second purchase. I attach these exactly as the directions explain, and I did not hang the paper towel on it for over 48 hours to make sure that the adhesive adhered. it was not tampered with or touched by any children. this is a complete waste and a piece of garbage it falls off every other day. The first one I had here to the underside of my cabinet this time I tried it on my subway tiles both have the same result

This paper towel holder looks like it was meant to be in my apartment permanently. Easy application process. Strongly considering leaving it up for the next tenant and seeing if the apartment complex notices.
