So much less waste than the interdental brushes I was using that only last maybe 3 times if I was lucky. With this the only part I need to toss is the Little brush. It's also nice that the brushes are available in 3 sizes depending on the gaps in your teeth. I purchased a pack of 6 and I keep 3 loaded with each size brush as the gaps between my teeth vary. The little brushes don't last long but at least when you have to toss one you still have the handle. For those uf us with larger gaps between our teeth this works much better than flossing. I also pair these with an Oral-B electric toothbrush and a waterpic. The three together are what the Periodontists office told me to use instead of floss. Good purchase and the refills are easy to find on desertcart. I can't find them in the stores though. Review: Replaced an earlier version.
