These are perfect for helping out with soldering jobs or basically any situation where you would need an extra pair of hands. The clamp works great and can be fixed to a table in multiple positions. The alligator clips have heat shrink on the teeth to help protect the wires you're working on.

I loved that it attaches via screw clamp to a table. I liked how long and stiff the arms are and that there are 4 of them. They are not very accurate if you need it to hold something in a very precise position. I would get the arm and object in position but being so stiff the arm flex back out of position. Some of the clips could be a little bigger or stiffer to hold items; having such big teeth is not ideal for all small objects. The rubber coverings for the clip teeth was a little too hard to hold some things and didn't create a nice no-friction hold. I used it for holding some small pieces for soldering. Including a variety of clip types and sizes with the apparatus to change out clips for different needs would make it much more versatile. It was nice that they included an extra clip and holding tube because I immediately broke one of the flimsy plastic tube that holds the clip into the arm when assembling (rubber would have been a better option for that).

I wanted to get something to hold things for while I solder on them and this works good for what I need. I like the clamp on the end to clamp on my desk. Overall I like it.A 4 star from me. Thanks for reading.
