The media could not be loaded.  The solar fountain works great in full sun. The strength of the fountain fades as the sun goes down and does not work at all in the shade. The sound of the fountain is very relaxing.

Works well during the day as long as it's in full sun. There is no battery backup so it will not work on a cloudy day or at night.

Super cute, great value and is fun for the garden! However, if you are putting it in a small space, there is A LOT of water loss due to evaporation and water falling out of the bin/pond area when in use. I had it in a small bird bath and the water would run dry! Put it in my kid’s little pool (the size of a small pond/water feature) and it is great!! My grand kids love it and play with it—super durable! My friend even purchased one upon seeing mine!

Easy to set up and get working. Unfortunately, even if maintenance instructions are followed to the letter, it appears to break and stop working entirely. Sad 😭

Pulled it out of the box, inserted the desired spray nozzle on the top and popped it into the 'birdbath'. When the sun fully hits it it shoots a stream of water probably a foot high. Because the "birdbath" is actually converted from a fire pit it is quite deep and won't allow me to use suction cups to keep it in place; I'll have to devise some other way to keep it in place because if it floats freely the fountain is strong enough it can spray water out of the sides. I may also be able to remedy this by using a different of the supplied spray nozzle. I purchase one of these every year for the bird bath and this model seems to be the strongest. (Note: I purchase yearly because UV rays eventually damage the solar collection plates of the models I've purchased in the past, making them opaque and decreasing the amount of sun they capture to power the fountain. Finger's crossed this model will tolerate the sun better.)

I do not like to leave bad reviews. Buyer beware this is a solar light but only works when you have direct sun light on it. I wish I had known or paid attention. Yes, this is solar, and it does work WHEN there is LIGHT on it. Other wise it does nothing. There is no battery in this. It works only off sunlight! So if you have no sun or it is in the shade like our fountain, then this will not work. We also noticed after a year, this thing is falling apart. It's not very well built and I will look for one that will run with a battery when no sunlight.If you have a fountain FULL of sun then your golden, no sun then you purchased the wrong item!

The media could not be loaded.  This is the 2nd time I've ordered one of these. The 1st lasted 2 years and honestly, I think a hot summer when it was allowed to run dry more than once killed it, so that's on me.I really like the upgrade with the surface coated with glass instead of just the plastic panel, it looks nicer and I think it will probably last longer and be easier to clean. I don't use any of the fountain attachments because I prefer just the gurgle of the pump itself. The sprinkle fountains would be great in a small pond, but for a birdbath it is too prone to get windblown or fall outside the perimeter which can empty a birdbath pretty quickly.I'm a little amused at the multiple reviews that complain about the fact that these don't work at night or on a cloudy day... it's a SOLAR fountain, there's no battery backup, that's how it works. It's worth it to me to not have to run wiring or worry about energy consumption. It does in fact run some even on a cloudy day, and I've attached a video showing it working on a day that was quite overcast. It won't run continuously on those days but it does put out a bloop every so often. The still photo shows it on a sunny day and it really puts on a good show.These fountains seem to be well made and I look forward to more years of enjoying it in my garden.
