But if you wanna go for vegetarian one, this is the best. Ofcourse it will smell a little bit fishy like all other tablets. It helped me reduce my cholesterol level significantly. But recently they have started selling the capsules in a RED colored bottle. It is still marketed as being sourced from the marine algae source. But these newer capsules in RED bottle doesn't work. My cholesterol levels are not getting controlled with this newly branded capsules getting sold in the RED colored bottle. I am not sure what has changed here - some cost reduction or change of manufacturing facility where the manufacturing process is not good, etc - I am not sure on this. But these newer capsules don't have omega-3 content in for sure. I would request the manufactures to take this as a constructive feedback and look into this.
