My First Words: Let's Get Talking

This was one of first purchases I made in books for my kid and I am completely satisfied with the quality. Very sharp colors, nice pictures and plenty to learn from this book. I normally avoid buying books which have too much clutter on single page since it makes it difficult for young readers to learn from it, but for this one I rather liked the idea of keeping connected objects together on single page. The book has almost everything Home objects, animals, toys, Vehicles, Parts of body..definitely all part of basic vocabulary for a kid! A must purchase for a keen parent with a eager to learn child!

This book is very good. I ordered this one with some doubts in my mind as reviews mentioned the pages are cramped up with too many pictures. but susprisingly it works very well with kids, I guess. My 1.5 yr old loves it. This kept her engaged/addicted to the book for over 2 months. She still likes the book aft about 3-4 months. The book introduced her to a lot of new words. It has a lot of content and covers many themes. Pictures and the book are of very good quality. the bookmark type labels on the top and right edges of the book give an easy access to te specific pages.

I bought this book in 2015 for my first born. She loved it and I feel this book had a big role to play in her development. Now this is the fav of my second one, 1 year old. The pictures are good. The language and words used are good. One of the best things I have bought my girls.

The quality of the book is great. The pages are sturdy and the colors are bright. However, the pages are too crowded and may not appeal to a young toddler. My 16-month-old flips through the pages and looks at the pictures but does not have the patience to listen to all the names. He only likes the Numbers page. This book is more suitable for older toddlers. I also felt that the tab design of the book could hurt tender fingers because of the somewhat sharp edges of the board book.

This book has everything! -Board book ,so non rip able pages - Every topic you'd want your toddler / preschooler to learn about - real attractive pictures BUT some can claim the pages are crowded and I'd sadly agree.

Placed the order on Saturday and got it delivered today (Monday)! Good packaging, super fast delivery. Now about the book itself: It's an excellent book. Very sturdy and colourful. The various tabs make it easier for the kids to go to their favourite section directly. The picture and print quality is superb. There were a lot of comments saying that there are too many pictures crammed in one page but I don't feel so. Though there are lot of pictures, they don't crowd the page so much that the child cannot read or identify them. Each pic is big enough to be comfortably identified. In a nutshell, a must have book for all the toddlers who are learning to speak.

This book has been a hit with my 17 month old twins, they just love going through it and as we tell them the names they repeat the names and actions, all in all good learning and fun book for my kids. They haven't been able to tear it down yet even after rough handling. Absolute recommendation for toddlers !!

I bought this after reading comments from here. The package is good and the book I received was new. It is crowded with many pictures but very useful for me. My son is a story lover so this book so easy to create the story on the go with those pictures and also it is completely relatable. Like Visting a beach and what we see in village farm.

Great purchase for my 2 year old. He instantly fell in love with this book. It is brilliantly categorised on every page. The cardboard quality is top notch, I would highly recommend this for the kids.
