Really nice an worth buying the name brand for my ridge wallet

This is a great addition to my Ridge wallet and replaced the money clip that I wasn’t keen on. The kit comes with everything you need including AirTag holder, straps, screwdriver and extra screws should you lose one. The only thing I will say about the install is that it is finicky because the screws are tiny but rock solid. That said, my imperfect eyesight allied to having fingers like sausages didn’t help matters. Everything about Ridge speaks quality. The AirTag holder is metal and looks and feels great. I had the AirTag installed in 20 minutes including Find My app setup. It works very well. No more losing my wallet down the back of the sofa!

I've be using the ridge wallet for a couple years now. Upgraded from a cheap leather folding minimalist. The 'issue' was that I was always losing it in my apartment/house/wherever I'm living. I have an AirTag on my keys, which is a wonder (ADHD is a struggle lol). I finally caved and got this. It's well made, feels substantial. You know? doesn't feel like if you look at it wrong it'll break, type of thing. Does it/should it cost $25, I don't think so. This little thing is ~25% of the cost of the base wallet itself.. It came with a new strap, mine's still good, so I'll save this one as a replacement. The AirTag is secure, mine didn't have defects, so install was simple and fast. Adds the least amount to the bulk/profile of the wallet too Do I regret buying? No, the AirTag stuff is helpful. Do I kinda miss my $25? Yea, this could be cheaper.

What I Like - This is a great value for money when it comes to peace of mind. I was using a simple stick on Air Tag holder, which didn’t last. The functionality is great and meant to work with the Ridge wallets. It’s super easy to use/install, and they give clear instructions and even give you replacement elastic parts so it’s sure to fit. The size isn’t overly large, and it’s actually a smooth transition up to the highest part, with it being barely any thicker than an Air Tag. A very smart design that can slide right on to your existing band (however a new band is provided if you want to change, or keep it for an extra when the elasticity weakens). What I Don’t Like - Nothing yet.

Love this product. Super easy to set up out of the box, and it holds the AirTag firmly in place while added minimal depth to the wallet.

You would not be disappointed

Works as intended the frame is great and hold the air tag secure. However adding the air tag to the wallet makes the overall item bulky not the Ridge AirTag case fault more just the fact that air tags are bulky.

Being a happy Ridge customer since early 2023, I decided to look at the 1-star reviews. The few I read were clearly user negligence… when I bought my wallet, I bought the money strap with the AirTag holder. I’ve never had issues with it! One review said the AirTag clip kept falling out and that they were out of the 30-day return window. Well yesterday I swapped that strap for the clip, and I can tell you in confidence that my AirTag holder never ONCE came out. Obviously user error… I came here though to talk about the AirTag money clip that I just swaped the strap for lol. It’s fantastic! The same great quality as everything else Ridge I own (I also have 2 key holders). Yes the instructions aren’t great, but with the 15 sec google search I had a YouTube video showing everything step by step. Also yes, it is a bit of a lengthy process (15 min) to swap the money strap for clip, but it makes sense as to why. You’re not just “adding on” a clip, you’re opening up the wallet to add it to the structural integrity of the wallet! Idk about you, but I’d prefer taking 15min to know that my money is secure… 🙄
