Used as extension for wireless mouse dongle
I had this issue with a brand new Logitech M325S mouse, skipping and jumping or not moving at all. The USB dongle for this mouse was/is plugged into a Triplite 2 port HDMI KVM switch for wireless mouse operation. This has been working for years except for the issues mentioned above. The actual KVM unit is hanging down close to the floor and behind my metal desk. So, being immensely irritated by the mouse operation (I bought a new one because of this) I ended up bringing the KVM unit up on top of the desk. Problem solved, but the KVM unit with wiring is unsightly on top of all the other crap I have on the desk. I used this short 2ft USB extension to be able to drop the KVM unit behind the desk again and extended the USB dongle up on top the desk for a very small footprint and perfect mouse performance. This appears to be one the best made USB cords I've used.

Good quality
Solid construction but I will likely never see the full capability of these cables. I realized this after my purchase. To get the USB 3 speeds ALL connected deviced must be USB 3.0 capatible. The weakest link defines the speeds you can achieve. The cables are good though and connect tight with no wobble and are backward compatible with USB 1.0 and USB 2.0 devices.
