Obviously I can't answer this. I think it will depend on the finish of the concrete surface, the angle of your drive and the weight and size of your vehicle. My drive has a small incline, and I have a medium size car (RWD). I left the blocks under my front wheels and tried to drive off. I realised what I had done due to the whiff of clutch.....the car didn't move.
