Great product and the cap does work!
Odd to review a glue but thought I'd just clear up the lid issue. For me Araldite is pretty much the ultimate glue. Does exactly what is described and does it well. Sets quickly but remains workable for long wnough to get the job right. Dries to white epoxy with a very slight yellow tinge. Its NOT colourless if that is a requirement for you. Fills gaps and resists water. Now to the guy who could not get the lid back on. I'm assuming here you are not trying to get the white plastic snap off lid back on?. The lid is actually in the syringe mechanism and its not terribly obvious that you need to unlip this as its red like the plunger. Its groved so you do not cross contaminate the resin and hardiner with repeated use. It works perfectly. It was sent to me by return, maybe I could have bought it cheaper but it saves going to the shops.Incidently I have bought and used cheap epoxys from pound-land and the like. I've found these to be rubbish and they do not seem to set properly in my view. This product may be quite expensive but it works.

Quick delivery
Good glue. Preferred the old style tube.

Not as ordered
I ordered a syringe pack, but received two individual tubes, not particularly good for my needs, although I did manage,

Absolute rubbish
I had this for a while before I needed to use it. The first few times it seemed alright, but only one side of the mix came out. On inspection, one tube was empty and only after a few applications. The actual system didn't want to work requiring considerable pressure to acquire a meagre amount. A waste of money.

Simply the best
I have used araldite for years. it is just the best and most reliable. I even put up a curtain rail with it once, as one end was not accessible to drill. I have stuck door knobs on with it, mended broken terracotta pots, the list goes on. So, I always like to have some in hand. This time I tried this new syringe pack and have to say, it is definitely worth it. It is easier to use, dispenses the glue and hardener more accurately and then does not glue up the tube. I shall be buying this one from now on. The instructions are very easy to understand by the way - the bit you take off becomes the cap for the 2 nozzles! Simples!

Good product
Quick and easy to use, hard wearing and clear. Used it to mend my favourite mug and worked a treat.

Solid
Fantastic stuff , just grab a corner of cardboard squirt the 2 mixtures on, mix with a small nail and apply with the nail . Rock solid , great on a carbon water fed pole that had a broken clamp.Once you put the cap on it doesn't seem to dry out either , jubly ! So not wastage .
