Waterproof, needed extra support to properly shed water
Took a few tries to get the water to shed correctly, found a cable running in the middle allows for less angle and proper water shedding, time will tell how the stitching holds up.

OK PRODUCT
IT PROVIDES SHADE AND IT IS WATERPROOF BUT BECAUSE OF THAT, IT COLLECTS WATER IN THE MIDDLE :) SOMETHING I DID NOT THINK OF WHEN I BOUGHT THIS. IT'S STILL HANGING THOUGH. WHEN IT RAIN, I GET RID OF THE WATER COLLECTION IN THE MIDDLE BY POKING IT WITH A STICK.

Great quality, nice matter and stitching, liked the first one so much I bought three more to make a Maltese cross over our patio.

Not as described.
First of all, the actual coverage is 9'x9'. They are measuring loop hole to loop hole, which doesn't provide an accurate size. I needed a 10'x10" , that's not what I got. Having said that, it was a good price and it arrived on time.
