Works great! Sucks in and not too uncomfortable. The white does show through under a white button up, but not too bad.

I wish I could get it smaller without becoming shorter. I guess they just assume that if you’re skinnier, you’re gonna be shorter and if you’re heavier, you’re gonna be taller, which makes no sense.For me, the smallest size would be better than the medium, which I ordered, but the medium size is too short and you’re constantly battling it rising up. The small size is even shorter than the medium!Other than that, it is well designed.

The style of this shirt is popular and made by several different companies. Each company puts their own little twist in the shirt and it is that little twist that makes the shirt great, good, decent, fair, or a complete failure. I have several variations of this shirt made by different companies and I have zero complete failures. The compression on this shirt is about a 3 out of 5. The midsection has more compression than the chest area. It does help with the man boobs problem better than you would think with the compression that it has in that area. The way the back of the shirt is designed helps with posture and a little with lower back pain. I am able to put this shirt on and take it off like I would a normal shirt. I have read reviews from others who say they are unable to do that but I can with no big issues. I wear this shirt to work and it is comfortable enough to wear all day and unnoticeable under my clothes. It doesn't ride up on me and I wear it either inside my pants or outside the pants with no problems. I also wear this shirt to mow grass or to go out for the day or night and it performs well in all situations for me. Last thing--it dries fast if you sweat while wearing it which is a good thing. I do machine wash on delicate cycle and line dry and no compression loss or pulled stitching from doing this. My shirt has not lost any compression since day 1 and it helps a good deal with my self confidence that had been lacking for a long time. Clothes look much better on me and I don't have to keeps pulling on my shirt to help hide my love handles or my chest. The price is right on this shirt and I think you will be happy with it.

I ordered this product hoping for some noticeable results. The material feels high-quality and well-made, but once I received it, I realized that the advertising is a bit misleading. The models used in the images are already muscular or have lost weight before using the product, which sets unrealistic expectations. In my case, I didn’t notice any change, but that’s not the seller’s fault—it’s on the consumer for not paying closer attention. If you’re expecting a miracle, this isn’t it, but if you just want some compression, it does the job

Tight it almost all the wrong places. Rides up whenever you move and doesn't fit like others of this type of clothing I've worn. Generally just feels uncomfortable and I'm fighting to keep it on. Isn't constricting and I can easily breathe but just feels wrong.

The fit is great on this. Helps "remind" your body to try to keep good posture, but doesn't fit snugly enough to really girdle you in. Light enough to fit under even a moderately clingy t-shirt without printing the support bands through the t-shirt fabric. Feels like it should last several dozen wearings, but so far I've only worn it once.This is not a girdle, though. If you need strong abdominal/midsection support, get something with support spines and a bit more material to hold you all in place. If you just need a tiny little extra nudge to keep your posture on point, though, this is a great product.
