This is just like grandma's full size bucket and mop for nearly a two year old toddler. Sized replica appropriate for pretend/role play. Maybe would be bit small for older children, I.e 7+ due to length of mop handle. Bucket has a fully functional mop squeezer for older children who it may be considered safe to use a little water whereas little ones just want to copy mopping action. A tad expensive, but all toys are. Worth it to see grandson's face in being able to help clean up :)

If you only need to clean one tile then this will be ideal! However not in my case.In it's defence I may have been a bit hasty with the purchase, but of course you would be seeing a top range mop and bucket for cheap as chips. Even the next day when it was delivered seeing the size of the packaging I assumed the mop was extendable so I though even better for storage but like all typical amazon packing I was greeted by 4 trees worth of paper.It wasn't until I opened it on my desk and saw it was the same size of a bottle of Febreze I said to myself somethings not quite right here.*Note for Amazon*MAKE SURE PEOPLE KNOW ITS A TOY!!!However if you are buying it for a child, crack on its a decent little buy for them, just wasn't wasnt for me becuase I'm not a child, I'm a man.

This is a well made miniature version of the real thing, strongly made and perfectly functional. Indeed it has been pressed into service cleaning the floor of our Dormo'bile just today. The mop has just enough strips of typical Vileda stuff to do some proper mopping and the handle is strong enough to press the mop firmly into the strainer thing - though you are advised to twist it as you insert the mop to make sure all the strips are underneath enough to be squeezed. The strainer was strong enough to take that pressure.Of course I am only a feeble old Dormouse and a stronger mopper might report differently. The bucket held enough water to clean the three foot by 8 foot lino floor and was stable in use. It has pride of place in the Dormo'bile and any small children who want to mop the floor for me can go right ahead, they won't be disapointed and nor will I.This certainly makes a most satisfying toy, I would have loved it when young.

I liked the idea of buying this but on practical application for a kid who just loves to mop he keeps going back to mummy’s bucket and mop. This mop and bucket is TINY.Perhaps this is better for someone < 3 yo and who doesn’t get so actively involved in cleaning.

read som of the funniest reviews ever on amazon, for this set before christmas, (people thinking it was a full size mop, amazing!) bought it for my 4 year old daughter as she said she really wanted one just a few days before christmas, seems to be a perfect small version daughter loved it

Looks just like the real thing! Great for pretend play and even helping me out as you can put water in it and my son can help with the cleaning haha. Very happy customer :)

Just moved flat, floors are laminate throughout, needed a mop. Bought the mop.BAD MOVE.This is a children's toy. NOT A REAL SIZE MOP! My boyfriend laughed at me. All morning. We had to go out and buy the proper full size mop from a different shop.Nowhere in the title does it say 'TOY', and we all know what it's like when you've looked at a full page of mops on a website. I'd spent 40 mins choosing between Vileda simple mop and bucket and the Flash electronic mop. Decided to go for old school reliable mop and bucket.In all fairness I did receive a mop and bucket. But unless you're a borrower size person and live in a child's toy house then there is no point buying this.
