The quality of this bag is very poor. No paper padding on the shoulder straps and also underneath the laptop sleeve. It will damage a laptop or tab with an impact

The stitching quality was very poor, the beg straps stitching came out within 2 months of use. I used this bag for my office use, where i used to keep my laptop, charger and few forms. Very Poor Quality for this price range.
