Love it! I have shoulder, middle back, and lower back pain. I’m old and wearing out. The xl version is awesome. Covers me from top to bottom. Really soothes my aches. Hopefully will get me through until I can afford surgery.I can’t tolerate ice, but bring on the heat!

Because I picked a size too large on purpose I had to wrap the neck tighter but it very flexible so it was easy to compensate for the larger size. Although it may not be recommended I lay down with this on so the heat penetrates deeper. It surprising more comfortable than I thought using it lying down. It is super soft and comfortable. The remote conveniently lights up so you can use it in the dark and turns off a few seconds after use. The remote is straightforward and easy to use with large screen. The cord is long and adds to the versatility. I was pleasantly surprised it did help my hard to reach my side lower back. It is bulky and smaller more targeting heating pads May be more appropriate in certain situations like while working. It is kind of like a warm soft bear hug. I have to turn this one up higher than others heating pads I have used but those were meant for specific target areas where this one covers the neck to lower back. Large area. The waist tie is nice to keep the heat close to your back but I still need to either lie on it or sit tightly against a chair back to get deep penetration for extremely sore achy areas.This item gets the job done and helps those who may be cold natured at the same time. I am not one of those types and I run on hot all the time but this was still comfortable at the highest temperature to penetrate my most achy spots. Bulky but it covers a large area and gets the job done. Not too heavy at all. Does not feel and look high quality but appears that is May last long enough to get your money’s worth out of it.

It’s amazing!! It’s purple my fav color and it heats up my neck and my back at the same time. The cord is long so you can use it many places. It heats up fast and feels so good. I purchased this heating pad less than six months ago and have used it only a dozen times or so. The lower half of the pad, in the lumbar region and below, just stopped heating. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product.
