These insoles made a huge difference for my foot pain and comfort. The arch support feels sturdy without being too hard, and they fit well in my work shoes. After a few days of use, my plantar fasciitis pain was noticeably better, especially after long hours standing and walking. Great value for the price — definitely recommend!

I’ve been happy with these TANSTC plantar fasciitis insoles so far. They added more support than the standard insoles that came in my shoes, and they feel better for standing and walking for longer periods of time. The medium arch support feels like a good balance. It gives some structure without feeling too hard or uncomfortable. I noticed they helped make my shoes feel more supportive, especially when standing on hard floors. They did take a little getting used to at first, which is pretty normal with insoles. I wouldn’t expect them to feel perfect the second you put them in, but after wearing them a bit, they felt better. They also seem sturdy enough for regular daily use. One thing I would mention is that everyone’s feet are different, especially with plantar fasciitis, so results may vary. These worked well for me, but the fit and comfort will depend on your shoe type, arch, and how much support you personally need. Overall, I’d give them 5 stars. They’re comfortable, supportive, and a good option if you’re on your feet a lot or need more arch support than your shoes provide.

I overpronate, especially in my left foot. That, coupled with the fact I spend most of my time on very hard surfaces and I’m a senior, has made it necessary to seek relief. I bought stability sneakers and while they did help a bit, not enough. I discovered these insoles while trying insoles for the first time. They’ve helped me and I’ve purchased them several times. I’ve heard people say things like they are hard, squeak, and didn’t work for them. I’m sorry to hear that as my experience is positive. When I first put them in, they do feel a bit hard but after a day or two, they don’t feel hard anymore… they feel supportive. Some of them have squeaked at first, but after reinserting them (in case I didn’t put them in correctly), I will happily squeak all over the place if I’m not in pain! Hahaha. But for the few that did squeak, it didn’t seem to last long. I’m not really a large person (5ft4 and I could lose 20 pounds) so I don’t know how these will work for a bigger person? But I just wanted to share my experience in case someone with overpronation was considering the insoles. Have a bit of patience in to adjust to them and I hope they help you too. By the way, I do replace the shoe insole with this one (I’ve read folks ask) and I’m constantly stunned at how flimsy and/or thin the original shoe insole usually is (even in supportive shoes)! No wonder we’ve been in pain! UPDATE… I’ve changed my rating to a 4. The reason is that although I like these insoles, I’m already having to replace them! They just do not last long at all and unfortunately, I don’t have that kind of money. Very disappointed since I will have to begin again on my search for the right insoles for me.

Love these insoles and wish I had put them in my hard court shoes before I messed up my foot. They are now in all my shoes as I try to get through this injury. I will wear these full time on and off the court in the hopes of extending my walking/running years for a few more decades!

I’m not pretty sure whether it useful for cure pain or not, seem not very helpful, but at least it comfortable and made you taller.

After ordering over 6 different insoles, some expensive that were on sale, and not being satisfied with any of them, this insole works. I gives cushion on the ball snd heal of the foot and arch support. (It is not an high arch though if that is what you need.) These are by far the best value for the money of all the insoles that were tried and the best insole of all the insoles that were tried. These are on sale right now and are a steal at $15. I would put these up against much more expensive insoles. I have now ordered three of them.

ANSTC Insoles for Men – For Standing All Day / Plantar Fasciitis Relief These insoles were a game changer. I got them because I’m on my feet for hours and started dealing with heel pain and overall foot fatigue. As soon as I slipped them into my shoes, I felt the extra cushioning and arch support kick in. They’re firm but not stiff — that perfect balance that supports without feeling bulky. After a few days of use, the foot pain I usually feel by midday was basically gone. They also fit well into different types of shoes without moving around or needing to trim much. If you’re on your feet a lot or dealing with plantar fasciitis, definitely give these a try. Total relief.

Had them about a week now, they make it possible to get around while my heel spur is acting up. They fit snug in my shoe, no shifting around. They won't work in all shoes, I have some low profile Skechers that don't allow enough height for me to get my foot in when the insert is in there. So make sure you have a roomy enough shoe that will be able to fit the insert and the foot. I'm still planning to get some custom orthotics but these inserts will work in the interim. To me, they were worth the money.

These are the perfect balance between having too soft and too hard inserts. It was a little big for my sneakers. am very picky when it comes to finding good insoles for my feet. The material is shaped and textured superior to the original manufacturer's.

They are so comfortable! Stand and walk approximately 9 hours in a day and no feet pain! Very happy

Picked these up as recommended by a podiatrist to wear firm arch support insoles. It's immediately apparent these are a premium version with great arch support under heavy use. Highest quality insoles with clear sizing.

These are good insoles but retuned them as my daughter had bought some for me.
