Got this cage when I realize our OVO abitrail was just not working for us. This one has been great. I was a little worried about some space between different pieces and risk of Hamster getting stuck, but use a few zip ties and it works great. It is very roomy, airy, and EASY TO CLEAN (unlike abitrail) even for my 9 year old!

I bought this cage about a month ago and let me say, I was not impressed with the way it arrived. It came with the cardboard box all smashed and torn, while some of the wires on the cage were broken. When I assembled the hamster cage, I had trouble at first because it didn't come with any instructions. Additionally, the 4.5 inch wheel that it came with is too small for any hamster, even robos. Once I brought my hamster home, I placed her in the cage. At first, she didn't venture up to the top level, but once she did her legs were falling through the wiring every time she tried to take a step. I eventually just covered the top level in cardboard, but it looks very cheap. For the first few days I had the cage, my hamster seemed to like it, but then the bar chewing and climbing began. My hamster is clearly unhappy with this cage. The reason I gave it one star is because it is easy to clean and the design looks cute. Overall, I would not recommend this cage, instead make yourself a bin cage for half of the price.

Not happy. No assembly instructions included. Figured it out but never could get the hamster wheel attached. Looks good but is not functional. The spaces between the metal spokes on the landings and bridge are too wide to accommodate a hamster's feet. She is afraid to go up there. Pan is too deep also, takes a great deal of straw or bedding material. Save your money!

Wow amazing cage !! im impressed. its very big. which is good because although i only got 1 robo dwarf hamster, it needs its space , and all toys seem to fit perfectly very roomy, and hamster cant escape. it comes with alot of things . and its so worth it for the price. better than those small cages they try to sell u at petsmart. btw 1st pet ever at age 17. :3

Do not buy!! Very dangerous cage!! I found my hamster paralyzed one morning. His foot had gotten caught between the ladder and outside wire of this cage. He did not survive. Design looks attractive but it is a poorly constructed cage. Also the door on the front of the cage is not very secure. Very bad, unfortunate choice.
