Thought provoking
I really enjoyed this book.... It really encouraged me to think about how I relate to my clothes and the things that influence my personal fashion choices. What stood out for me was the role of social perceptions on clothing choices. It is a great introduction to fashion psychology and provides loads of educational and thought provoking content in a light and breezy manner, that acknowledges the social, economic and cultural difficulties we struggle with at these times.... Definitely worth a read....

THE BEST BIG DRESS ENERGY
I absolutely loved this book! Along with plenty pretty insightful tips on how you can transform how you feel while wearing the clothes you wear, this book really helps develops your confidence, helps you to form a better a relationship with your clothes, jewellery and bank account, but also how you feel about yourself in general. It’s laugh out loud funny too. I would 100% recommend. The perfect book to help you adopt more healthy habits and a positive outlook!

Wonderful book that will change the way you shop!
This is a great book that has had a massive impact on the way in which I shop. It was incredibly interesting understanding the psychology behind certain shopping behaviours. If you’re looking to change your shopping habits, this is definitely for you!

interesting book
Obviously very well written by an intelligent lady. However would have preferred bigger print and there is so much information that I feel a bit overwhelmed. As a result, I would only dip in and out of it and not read it from cover to cover. So although I think its a good book I would rather that it was more reader friendly.
