Best buy so far this year
This is the best toy I have purchased for my dogue this year. I have a dogue de bordeux 8month old puppy. She has loves playing with balls but has taken to chewing them. I saw this ball and thought I would give it try despite reading some negative reviews. When I first took the ball from the packaging I was a bit disappointed and couldn't imagine my puppy wanting to play with it. It is hard and plastic and didn't look fun to me. I rolled it towards my puppy and immediately she started investigating. At first she wasn't sure and kept couching down and barking at it but then once I started kicking it around she started playing with it and has not stopped playing with it since. I have had it for almost 2weeks. She cannot pick it up in her mouth so she hasn't been able to chew it. She can only play with it. She chases it around for hours and loves it when you kick it back or run away with it. As it is plastic common sense tells you it will not bounce like a rubber ball however you can play with it in other ways. I have been able to kick it and throw it for her to chase. It does make a lot of noise when it hits things like your skirting boards or doors etc so at times she is restricted to the garden or taken off her but for me it is what it says...an indestructible ball!! I am extremely happy with this ball and have recommended it to many friends and will be buying another for my sisters puppy.

Great, but should only be used under supervision.
While these balls are certainly indestructible, there are some issues which should be addressed. Over time, the smooth surface of the ball can eventually become rough and abrasive, which can give your doggo a sore nose. Simply replace the balls when they get too rough. Also, if your dog has a tendency to "mouth" the ball for prolonged periods, it can wear their teeth down. The solution, as with any toy you give your dog, is to never leave them unsupervised. If they clamp their teeth on it for too long, just give the ball a nudge to get your dog back into chase mode. One last thing, if used on a hard surface, these balls are LOUD, with a hollow ping when bounced. Fortunately, my neighbours don't mind but your experience may differ. Best used on grassy areas. Despite these very slight negatives, I would definitely recommend this ball for any dog that normally destroys other, less durable products.

Not fit for purpose!
The large ball is “rock hard” (you only get one) and is about the size of a volleyball! Doesn’t bounce and is not fit for purpose. I returned it for a refund. I’ll stick to Kong products for my Staffie as he will destroy most other chew toys. Do not purchase!

Indestructible but a bit noisy.
This is a very hard ball and for our springer it is indestructible. This is partly because 2 aspects of it make it very noisy; 1 - Because it's hard it is very noisy when it rolls and bounces on a hard floor, 2 - For some reason he won't stop barking at it, normally he doesn't bark at toys (except balloons).

My dog's favourite toy
This is far and away my dog's favourite toy. It is the only one that hasn't been destroyed - it really is indestructible. He is a large staffie, and it is the perfect size, not quite fitting into his mouth so it drives him crazy chasing it around without being able to get a proper grip on it. One warning - it is very hard, so if you're going to join in wear solid footwear! Best for outside as well, rather than in the house. Second warning - as it is quite unforgiving and he gets so involved he tends to injure himself a little playing with it sometimes (not unusual as he is a bit too physical and doesn't notice when he hurts himself, it is all very minor); we just ration his time with the ball accordingly.

CANNONBALL
Like most dog owners I am on the constant quest for an indestructible toy, this certainly fits the bill. But the description ball with regard to this item is a little misleading. It does not bounce so no way you could throw this for your dog to fetch, if you hit someone or something you could possibly cause damage, the shell of this ball is hard and smooth It is also quite heavy and even though my dog is large she cannot get enough purchase on the ball with her mouth to pick it up, (maybe a breed with a bigger mouth such as a mastiff ect.) fortunately my dog like to push the ball around with her nose, is it indestructible so far yes, the balls and toys I buy for her are usually destroyed within hours. This ball is so far is saving me money on replacements.

Really is indestructible, my dogs favourite toy!
I originally bought this same ball in a shop a few years ago and it became my staffys most loved toy. He is obsessed with it, he will run around with it for hours if you leave him with it, nudging it around with his nose, batting it around with his paws even kicking it with his back paws. It took his easily over a year to learn to pick it up as it is just as big as his mouth. He is inseparable from it, we affectionately call it Ball and Rocky knows exactly where to go when we ask where Ball is. The material is hard plastic and it really is tough, it's never lost its shape or been damaged but it does get scratched and scraped. The only reason I bought a new one is because my other half threw it up the garden and it got lost over on the neighbours garden! I have 2 dogs and my other one is not interested in it at all as she likes to destroy toys and this toy is far beyond her level!

Perfect for our pitbull..it lasts about three weeks before he puts a hole in it and then another 3 before it needs to be thrown out..only thing we have found that he can't destroy in 5 minutes.

Pedí el grande pero mi pastor alemán de 50 kg lo destruyó el primer día. Probablemente bien para perros pequeños.
