Good deal for the money
I've used it on rugs, laminate, and tiles. Picks up dirt very thoroughly. Not too noisy. Very good at getting around and under furniture. You do have to keep an eye on it because it will get stuck occasionally. If used regularly, you need to clean it at least once a week if used for areas with high traffic. Hairs tend to get wrapped around brushes.

Solid First Robo Vacuum
Worth every penny up to this point. It's helping to revive our carpet. The robot is pretty solid and is well made.The biggest complaint I have is that it tends to get stuck regularly in the carpet. The 'side brush' will get tangled in the carpet. The robot will work its way to a spot and while trying to find a way out, it will rotate back and forth and the side brush gets tangled and stuck. "Renewed" electronics are to be avoided
Bought the renewed version. Came with NO instructions, NO warranty info, ... Nothing but the unit itself. After finding a manual online, and a call to Roborocks Support I got it working. It does a pretty good job of getting up dust & light dirt.... Just what I was after. Think twice about buying Amazons "renewed" electronics!

One of the best purchases I’ve made.House is ALWAYS clean and tied up.Schedule 3 cleaning cycles a day and never have to worry about moping and vacuuming anymore !10/10 would recommend!Next time will upgrade with a self emptying

Great Customer Service
This is an edit of my intial review. I originally received a dud. The refurbished unit did not work at all. I had to send it back. Roborock Support reached out and I was able to buy a new unit for the same cost. Only dinging them one star for the hassle.

Won’t go under furniture
Had nothing but trouble from day one. After a month I still can’t get it to map. I cannot add a room to it. It misses a lot of places doesn’t do corners. Don’t buy this vacuum. The navigation does not work. They won’t accept returns after 30 days even though they ask you to try this and that and everything under the sun. Still doesn’t work must’ve been defective from day one. They probably sent me one that somebody else return for the same reason. This company is dishonest.
