I bought these thinking they would give me some energy. My doctor told me to stop taking them that they don’t do any good. “you’re just taking them for nothing”“they don’t do anything.” I love the way they taste. It’s like candy gummy‘s with a delicious raspberry flavor. Be careful they are addictive.😂

I have to take numerous supplements. Gummies make the B12 easier to swallow and use fewer pills.

Why not put 120 in one bottle instead of half filling with 60? I bought 2 bottles and combined them into 1 and it still didn't fill the bottle.The vitamins themselves taste good and are otherwise as described.

I really liked this. HOWEVER, my face was breaking out and I couldn't figure what it was. Well I stop this for 2 weeks and it cleared up. I was only taking one per day. Raised my levels from 234 to 490!! I did take it everyday for 2 mos straight before I stopped. I might try twice a week and see what happens. I want to stay on this one!

Vitamin B12 chewable. They are exactly like gummy bears. The taste is not bad. It doesn't have a Vitamin taste at all. I have had no side affects.
