The machine is great and I highly suggest it for anyone looking for a low impact movement that provides a workout for your legs.

**Q: What is the g-force?**
A: You experience gravity every day by the pull the earth exerts on you.  Gravity is represented by the symbol "g."  On earth at rest, you experience 1g of force on your body.  When astronauts are in space, they experience fractions of 1g, and prolonged exposure to this results in bone and muscle loss.However, you can experience greater than 1g.  When your body experiences an acceleration, or pull, in combination with the 1g on earth, this can result in greater than 1g experience of 2g, 3g, 4g and on.A quick up and down movement of an object increases the "g" experience, what we call "g-Force."  This is exactly what WBV creates on your body.  The power of this g-Force is determined by the frequency and amplitude of the up and down movement along with the angles of oscillation, and can be measured with an accelerometer.The ZAAZ 15K has been measured with an accelerometer at a max of 3.2G.  It is important to note when comparing G-force claims whether they are using calculations to estimate the G-force or have actually measured it with the appropriate tools and methods.
