Excellent for comunication. Your voice is heard clearly on the other end. Good for listening to music in one ear as well. Light weight and comfortable. Stays on your ear and doesn't fall off.

Second one I've bought and pretty much identical to the previous one I got. Not a bad thing in my books as I am very pleased with this. No it's not a plantronics, but it's much better value and performs not too far off that make.Battery life is a step up from the stereo buds I have been using (and I have a good few of those), so far, I'd wager it's at least double if not more. I'll see how it goes longer term. Call clarity is solid, mic pick up is clear and clean. The included bundle has other sizes of silicone tips, so pick the one that gives the best fit.The battery box should give 4-5 full charges, the read out easily lets you know how much is left.Comfort is as I would hope, good quality plastics on the boom arm and the other obvious advantage here is the additional controls for volume (and track skip), with the main touch sensitive one used for accepting/ending/play/pause etc.I also listen to audiobooks, and this gives nice clarity on mid and lower end frequencies. Really very little to fault on this (maybe slightly softer ear hook), once you take into account the price.

Otherwise very nice ear piece except for volume could be better when having a call.

Absolute rubbish, keeps cutting out, can not have a conversation even in the very best of conditions!! Missed the returns window, so now stuck with it.. Don't waste money on this rubbish!

I now have it in use almost every day for the last several months. At first I thought the volume was too low. But then I realised that I had to angle the piece that fits into my ear - then it was fine.I use it in my car connect to my satnav on my phone. That's because my car does not allow me to run satnav and radio together via Bluetooth.When I answer calls on the phone to the headset, no one is aware that I am in the car because they hear no background road noise. That's what they tell me. Only when the indicator is on, they would realise that I'm driving.Battery life is great. I use it for say two or three hours and it never went below 60%.The headset has to be charged in the case. So if you lose the case, you could be in a problem.

it is easy to install. i paired it with my laptop and mobile. It switched to mobile phone after i finished the TEAMS from my laptop. Exactly what i needed. battery life is good, sound reasonably well. i heard other well and other heard me well without any complaint.

Used for calls from the car and listening to audiobooks while on the move. Connected first time, audio clear and easy to use. Bigger than previous in ear Bluetooth devices I have used but fine for what I need. I like the charging case and the battery lasts well. Like all of these items, it'll be interesting to see how it lasts. My previous Jabras were great for months, then struggle to connect.
