When I received my order. I checked it out, all of the lids were broken. And out of 12 totes only 8 of them weren’t broken. Now I have 8 totes out of 12 with no lids for packing up clothing. How do I go about getting the 4 additional totes I’m missing, plus all of the broken lids replacedWhich were paid for .

These containers are perfect for LIGHT items. I use them to store outdoor items as well as inside for holiday items and light storage. These are not as sturdy as other containers, that is why I would recommend them for light items only.

Suitable
Like a few others in the reviews, one of my lids came with a small crack in the side. The lid is flexible enough, however, that it was still able to seal. This is a good item for the price and served my purpose well. I am also able to place one atop another, and it is sturdy enough to do so.

Good quality!
These bins held lots of our heavy wedding items. Very durable! And great price, too!

Not durable
The day I received the packaged I opened the box and accidentally dropped the first container I pulled out. The handle cracked straight away. The plastic is too thin and brittle. The boxes hold a decent amount but they are not worth the price.

Handles break off easily
While the lids will stay on these totes, the handles are extremely flimsy and will break off. My wife was pissed when I brought her one in with the handle broke off. You know the joy of moving and stress. Ten or fifteen minutes later I went in to get the tote and the other handle was broken off. I asked her what happened and she said, " I am sorry I didn't know that the handles were that flimsy. " Out of the six totes there is not one that has both handles remaining. We mainly packed very light and fragile items in these. However when we placed them in storage and stacked them the extreme heat has already led to them developing cracks. I would not buy these for anything ever again. Save your money and buy something heavier and better built for moving or storage.

A must have.
These containers came in packaged well and just like described. Easy to stack and lift. Sturdy containers. Will definitely recommend for anyone wanting to store things.
