if product breaks then seller will charge you shipping fees for replacement parts
The product has broken after 4 months and the company are trying to charge me for the shipping of replacement parts which breaches the consumer rights act, and they are doubling down and claiming that I didnt maintain the product (of course I did, this procudt is for car safety, nothing is more important than my childs physical safety in the car). extremely poor customer service.

A really good concept delivered in a very poor quality. Too expensive.Flimsy and buttons to stiff, when trying to adjust the height or the foot rest platform, literally leaves you with sore fingers.
