Not as hard as I thought just standing on them or walking. Haven't quite mastered jumping yet but they have some good springiness to them. I got the 90-110kg pair and I'm right in the middle of that range and that seems about right. I think they might work better if I was a touch lighter so if you're on the cusp of two weight ranges I recommend going for the heavier.They come with wrist guards and elbow pads which I suppose will offer some protection in a pinch but they're really just flimsy bits of plastic. Definitely invest in some decent wrist guards as soon as possible.UPDATE: Just got charged 18 quid for delivery. I don't mind paying 18 quid but I want to be told about it beforehand.
