This Gotrax hoverboard kart seat attachment has been an awesome upgrade and easily one of the best accessories we’ve bought for our hoverboard. Assembly was straightforward and took about 15–20 minutes, with all the parts fitting together well and feeling solid once tightened. I paired it with an 8.5” hoverboard and the fit was perfect — the frame clamps on securely and doesn’t shift or loosen during rides. The seat is surprisingly comfortable with decent padding, and the adjustable length makes it great for both kids and adults, which is a big plus in our house. Steering is smooth and very intuitive using the hand controls, and it feels much more stable and confidence-boosting than riding the hoverboard standing up, especially for kids. It rides best on smooth pavement or indoor floors, but that’s expected and doesn’t take away from the fun. Overall, it completely transforms a regular hoverboard into a go-kart-style ride that’s safe, sturdy, and ridiculously fun. My daughter loves it and I can also sit there even as adult. totally love it!

This attachment completely changed the way we use our hoverboard. Turning it into a small go-kart makes it much easier to control and a lot more fun to ride. The frame feels sturdy and the assembly was pretty straightforward. Once installed, steering with the handles is very intuitive. Great accessory if you already have a hoverboard.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to like it this much, but it’s so fun! It was easy to put together and makes riding the hoverboard way more comfortable. It feels safe and sturdy, and the controls are super easy to use. My family loves it—definitely a great buy!

My kids have enjoyed these very much. They have been using for quite some time, and they have held up fairly well. one complaint is the quality of the straps which hold the seat to the hoverboard. They tore pretty quickly, and I had to order new straps multiple times. I ended up coming up with an alternate solution which worked much better

I purchased my son the gotrax hoverboard kart attachment and gotrax hoverboard together for Christmas. I bought these two together assuming, wrongly, that since they were made by the same company they would work more seamlessly together. It's now mid-January and my son hasn't been able to use the product because the straps they provided to attach the hoverboard to the cart are entirely too long. When in use, they drag the ground and the hoverboard becomes detached from the kart, which is extremely unsafe. Instead of immediately returning the product, I contacted their customer service as they request that you do on a card that came with the product. I explained the issue very clearly, just as I have here. Instead of simply supplying me with straps that fit, which would resolve the problem, they've asked me multiple times now for follow up information including taking photos and videos of what can very plainly be understood as the problem here. I will come back and update this review if they eventually make this right, but for now I intend to return mine and I'd strongly recommend not buying from this company. If they can't make their own hoverboard and attachment compatible with each other, and need photos and videos to see that they are not compatible with each other, it is more trouble than it's worth.

I recently purchased this hoverboard kart along with hoverboard for my 8 year and 4 year old kids to play with. It has quickly become their favorite outdoor activity since these are arrived. The attachment is a great addition for kids and has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, ease of assembly and overall enjoyment. Firstly, the build quality of the kart attachment is excellent. The materials seems to be more durable and robust. The straps that secure the attachment to the hoverboard are strong and provide a reliable connection. It gives me peace of mind that my child is safe while having fun with the hoverboard and the kart attachment. The kart seat itself is perfect suited for 8-10 year old range. It provides a comfortable and secure seating position, allowing my kids to have full control over their movements while maintaing stablity. The only minor downside I found is that the kart seat might not be as comfortable for bigger sized kids. But, it fits well within the age range. Overall, the hoverboard kat attachment has exceeded my expectations and worth buying for additional fun experience along with the hoverboard.

I just laughed when I watched my grandson use this thing. It is just a riot and it’s easy to put on and takeoff so you don’t have to use it all the time but what fun he’s had with it.
