An Excellent Thing for the Gym, etc.
You have to make sure that the software is loaded into the Mp3 player when you load in the playlist of songs. If you don't, you won't be able to use it. Going to a computer guy at Best Buy is a good idea, since they can access the net to find the best and most compatible software to put into the unit.l

iPod no longer supported by iTunes. Music too hard to load. Returned for refund.

Honest Listing for iPod
I have been thrilled with my iPod classic from this third party. Although discounted due to a small scratch on the back it was listed as new. It sure seems like it is. I love iPods and since I don't have a smart phone they are ideal if you just want to listen to music.

I’ve had my iPod for a long time until mine got fried. So I have to go and look on Amazon for another one and I found this one and that’s exactly like my old one so I bought it and I love it so I downloaded a bunch of songs and I take it everywhere.

Defective!
The dialer does not work and it does not stay on. It is sadly being returned and another one ordered. I did not realize this was not a prime order either so I am disappointed that I made a mistake ordering that one.

Third time's the charm?
I had been a fan of refurbished products for years. Then, a few months ago, I had to replace my iPod Classic. The first item immediately began to malfunction in half a dozen different ways. I returned it. The next one malfunctioned just the same and just as fast. I was ready to give up! But I gave it one more try. I don't want to jinx myself but this unit is looking good!!!
