I purchased this dashcam and I love it! About a year after I bought it, it suddenly malfunctioned, and the screen wouldn’t light up. I emailed the company, and explained what was going on. (I had low expectations, considering that it was a year old.) They gave me instructions for how to troubleshoot the camera, and asked me to send them pictures. I did what they suggested, and sent them pictures of the camera still not functioning. They apologized, and said the camera was out of stock, but that they would send me a replacement when they received new ones. I was skeptical, but about 10 days later, a brand new dashcam arrived at my house. It’s nice to know that there are still companies out there that stand by their products, and treat customers like people. The camera itself is amazing, memory card is included, fully adjustable lenses, very easy to use, and the playback videos are high quality. On top of all that, their customer service is top notch, so you won’t go wrong purchasing products from this company. Highly HIGHLY Recommended!!!

Solid and good quality Easy to install

Whereas most features are working correctly, the App is impossible to use. In my case, the Wi-Fi never stays on in spite of following all the recommended things to resolve the issue. The in-cabin audio recording is low and there is nowhere to increase the volume even though the manual states that there is. Picture quality is not what I expected; I expected a better quality. Update: After fiddling with the Wi-Fi, mine now works but only when I am away from my home network.

Bought it about 2 months ago and I can tell you this is an inexpensive device, I'd say the video quality is 8 of 10, the sound record about the same, night vision also 8 of 10, but it is expected for camera of that price range and I'd go far in saying that the video, sound and night vision is better than some of those expensive cameras, the only thing I think they should look up is the fact that if you want to review the footage on the camera or the app you have to stop record in order to do so which is not good in any situation. That being said so far I have no complaints about this camera again I only have it for about 2 months. P.S_ I think the memory card is not enough for a 4 channel camera so I upgraded my for 256MB, the rear camera cable has a good length, the screen has a good size. I will amend this review in case of something new come up.

The quality was fine, until it wasn't. Camera completely stopped working about 10.5 months after purchase. Despite my camera coming with warranty information stating 12 months of coverage, Pruveeo doesn't offer a warranty unless the camera is purchased directly from them. However, and this is important, on Pruveeo's website the link to purchase goes directly to Amazon. Huh. The app is terrible. In short, don't bother. This isn't a reputable brand or a reputable or respectable company.

This Pruveeo dash cam is one of the most stylish and you can direct the view of the cam in directions that is not possible with other brands. The support from the manufacturer sucks. They answer question at the beginning, but as you continue asking, they stop responding. I have tried connecting my dash cam to my iphone via wifi, and even I am able to, the connection fails when the ignition is turned off. My question is, is only possible to have wifi connection between the dash cam and cell phone if the dash cam is connected to the car 24/7? I would give this dash cam10 stars but I gave it only 3, because of lack of communication from its company. Also another problem. I returned my first order of this dash cam and re-ordered another because the suction cup mount did not fit the dash cam. The second order had the same problem. Therefore, I had no choice but to use the double sided tape mount. I hope Preuveeo reads these posts and learns from them to make improvements.

I have been using this system for over a year. I got into a terrible wreck, and this dash cam recorded all 4 views wonderful!! I was T-boned, went airborne, landed, and flipped 3.5 times. Finally coming to a stop upside down. My cams never stopped recording, I can even hear myself trying to get my seatbelt off, finding the release button, and dropping to the roof before the cam turns off ( I was hanging upside down) The police officer said I tried to beat the yellow light, but my front, right-side, and rear cameras ALL show I had a solid green light. I love how the date, time, and even the song on the radio was all very CLEARLY recorded. I had the left & right cameras pointed out to record each side of my SUV. The only issue I have, my power cables were jammed into the front right door, so the cord was left in my SUV. I have front & rear cameras still. I reached out to the company to see if I could get another power cord(s) but I never heard back! So the customer service is not good. I wanted to put the cameras into my new 2026 SUV that I got in early October but because I can't talk to anyone at this business, I dont want to recommend this now. Customer service is VERY important.

I love how its easy to install with its long wires and added screw driver for me too to tighten stuff so the package is complete and ready to be installed so i love it only downside is the side cameras are black and white only other than that its great!

360-all sides protection for your car. Records front, rear, and two sides. However, I note that the pixels aren't that great and it's difficult to read number place whether in day time or night. I am not using polarizing lens so not sure if that would fix it. The application to access recording is pain in the a... and the default setting for wifi of cam is disabled. Enabling wifi is another big pain because screen is tiny, controls are weird. Records audio too, by the way, but I think it does not support voice commands because I tried a bunch of commands founding on Internet but none worked. Installation was super easy but the provided stick-on holder fell within a month's use due to scorching sun in my city so I had to order 3M double sided tape to affix it. If you want general protected to see the big picture then go for it, it's a peace of mind and can be a good defense against insurance scammers BUT if you want to capture number plates of other cars then it's probably not the best quality.
