Although I already have a Jabra headset which I use for work, I wanted to have one I could use with my personal computer as well as my smart phone. Since my mid-tower PC does not have Bluetooth built in, I needed a dongle which is supplied with this headset. Set-up was quick & easy. I can now talk with people through Google Voice as well as through my iPhone. There is a caveat; you have to disconnect manually from your smart phone when finished using Vonztek or it stays connected when cradled on its charger. I turned the headset off thinking it would disconnect but then set it on its charger which turns it back on. I also found that it won't release the audio from my PC either. I had to manually switch the PC back to external speakers in its Sound settings so I could listen to music. You will have to use the reverse when connecting with either device, just go through the phone's BT or the computer's Sound settings to switch back to the headset.Sound quality is middle of the road and I'm not sure it's the headset's fault. My more expensive Jabra sounds better when used in MS Teams but maybe it wouldn't do any better if used under the same circumstances as the Vonztek. There are a number of factors involved with talking through the Internet and this will vary depending on how anyone uses it. It only comes in the Champagne color at this time but it's a nice break from the basic black the most headsets come in.Even though it is heavier than many headsets, the bridge and ear pads are thick and comfortable. I hope they hold up well as many ear pads made from pleather start to disintegrate over time. The mic can be turned 180 degrees so it can be worn on either side and the mute switch is built right into the mic itself which is a great idea. No fumbling around to find it, it's right in front of your mouth.The hook-switch/power button is also in a good location and easy to find. NOTE: There is some confusion in the directions when setting the headset into Pairing mode with Bluetooth. I was looking at the graphic and should have followed the written directions as you must have the headset OFF when first pairing it in Bluetooth. I thought it needed to be ON...my mistake.To sum it up, I recommend this headset if you want an easy way to connect to your computer and smart phone. Good quality for an affordable price.

Update: The customer service from this company is awesome.. They reached out and addressed my concerns and are sending my a new dongle for the headphones. Very Pleased with the response.The headphones feel comfortable and have good sound quality, but I have had a lot issues with them not working with the receiver plugged into my computer. I’m going to try them on blue tooth for a little and see if I still have issues but it’s so frustrating with the receiver not being an option and not being able to hear or talk to people on calls.

I love these headphones! They are stylish, easy to setup and overall convenient. If you work from home this is great especially for meetings. If your head is big it may get a little uncomfortable after a bit tho lol.

Bought this headset in a pinch when replacing my work from home headset that my job sent me and there were SOOO much better! I was so happy with the purchase, totally worth the price! I love that they are Bluetooth wireless, the battery life for them is great and I use them 8-9 hours STEADYY for work! A major plus for me is I can mute myself on calls without pausing the call like other headsets! I use this product so much that one day as I was traveling the USB dongle that comes with the headset gave out on me and I reached out to their customer service and they are replacing it! 10/10 would recommend these headphones!

Looks as good as expected and performs better than expected.. I use it all day around the house connected to my iPhone and sound is of course better than my phone speaker. I received calls no matter where I am in my home with ease and clarity. So far no surprises or glitches.

I’ve been using them for about a week. After a couple of hours of using them, they’re a bit uncomfortable on the top of your head and on the ears, taking them off feels great. Noise cancelling isn’t that great, my previous headset blocked out dog barks and background noise, these don’t do that very well. I haven’t had any connectivity issues, but I only use these for work and nothing else, so can’t attest to using them with multiple devices. I do like that I’m not leashed to the computer anymore, though. Mute button on the microphone seems counter intuitive, they hear your fingers scratching around on the mic and the press of the button. I love the way they look, and they work for what I need them to do for the price. They charge quickly, I haven’t had any issues with battery life. Clients and coworkers hear me great, and I’ve gotten compliments on how they like. I like the docking station, and the bag it comes with is very soft.

I love these headphones, they sound great and I love the charging stand. The comfort is typical of most headphones of the same type, after a while you have to move them around.The only downside is the noise cancelation. It does not work very well. I was on the phone with a client and low music was playing on the other side of my office and she could hear it. As low as it was, I would have been surprised if she could hear it without any noise cancelation.

I originally ordered this for a new job that was coming up and it worked great for the first two weeks and then it wouldn’t hold a charge more than a couple hours. I reached out to the company and they offered me a replacement without having to return the original. Very good customer service.
